Wow, I can't wait to give it too her tomorrow, I wonder what the other girls will give her! Sorry for the short post, I am REALLY busy!!! A craft made by me!!!

Hey!!! It is me again, with my second post today : ). I have really been wanting to share this craft that I made when I was first starting to get into AG. I will share a picture and then tell you how to make it. I really hope you like this craft, because I spent a lot of time and hard work making it!

The Dolly Closet

Okay, so this is an AG closet I made a while ago, out of a box that held boots. It was really fun to make and here is how I made it: You will need: a large shoe box or an American girl box, scissors, glue gun, fleece or cotton fabric, duck tape, and doll clothes and hangers ( I could not display many of my doll clothes because I did not have many hangers, but now I know how to make them out of wire).

Step #1: cut a small strip out of the top of the box top and hot-glue it like in the picture ( I used tape, which is NOT a good idea if you want this to last). This will be the rod to hang clothes on. Step #2: cut a rectangle from the lid of the box that will fit in the box like my bench. Cover it with fabric and secure the bench with the glue gun. This will be your bench. Step #3: put all your doll clothes in the closet, and decorate the outside with duck tape if you want to. This is a very easy doll craft to make.

The books Part 2

OK, so today we went to get the books I was talking about, oh by the way I would like to thank the person who gave them to me!! So here are the books, some of them are pretty recent and some date back to the late 90's. So here are the pictures:

This is McKenna and Julie, (wearing the skirt my mom made yesterday) saying THANK YOU and showing the books. Sorry, this is a really BAD pic that shows hardly any of the books. What was I thinking when I took it? Mostly, it shows the Short Stories and a few of Samantha's books.

I don't really know what to call this, but I will call it a MODERN SHORT STORY for now. When I downloaded it, it had an error, so I could not show the picture, but it is called Venus, Tara, and the Big Match.

The Short Stories that are about historical dolls. Each includes a recipe, craft, or quiz.

The Samantha and Nellie books.

The Kit Books

The Addy books

A whole lot of Julie and Ivy books!!!

And, last but not least, the second Mia book.

This is Julie and McKenna saying thanks!!! Reiceiving these books was so cool! Do you like to read?

Thanks for reading,

Hi, I just wanted to share a cool website I found! It is called Today's Doll Clothes for 18 Inch Dolls. It has modern and traditional clothes for many kinds of 18 inch dolls, including American Girl Dolls! I thought that I would share my favorites with you.

This is called the Time for Fun outfit, perfect for going to the movies! I love all the flowers on it, they make it even better. The bag is also really cute, I would love this outfit for my dolls.
This is Lanie showing her Red Plaid Skirt Set! The skirt reminds me of something my sister has, I just love it.
I think the scarf looks really good in Lanie's hair, and I love how all of the outfits come with bags.

I love this outfit! It is the Pretty in Pink outfit, and I love it! My dolls would love it for Valentines day tomorrow, but sadly I already used my money to buy a new doll outfit from AG on Sunday. The striped tights and shirt are adorable!

Now for the Historical clothes...

This is the Baking Time outfit. I think it is really cute! It is Swedish-style, and would fit Kirsten's time period well. I think the apron is a nice touch!

Such a cute outfit for Molly and Emily! I think Molly looks great in blue, most of her stuff is red! I also love the bags for this outfit.

This is the New Year's Outfit, the perfect Chinese New Year outfit for Julie and Ivy! I especially love the dress but, then again, I love all things turquoise. Sadly, the dress is not available anymore. I also really like Ivy's fan.

Thanks for reading! I hope you  liked the clothes as much as I do!
Sincerely, Addie
